Lucy Nickson is an experienced Pilates Matwork and Equipment based teacher and teaches dynamic and highly effective weekly Pilates Classes, Workshops and 1:1 sessions.
Join Lucy for a workshop aimed at creating more strength, flexibility and stability in the spine, exercises to strengthen your back and abdominal muscles preventing or helping ease back pain.
This workshop will include using the core Matwork Pilates exercises and Props such as the Pilates ball, Ring and Form Roller.
Great for beginners and Pilates regulars to help inspire and refresh your Pilates technique and ability whether you practice at home or attend weekly classes.
